How do I know that my orders have been processed?

When your order is placed, you will receive an order notification email from us.

Can I cancel an order after I placed it?

Yes, you can. At any time prior to the order delivery, an order can be cancelled.

Can I track my orders?

You can track your parcel order with the parcel number or consignment number which we will email you, at the time of shipment.

Can I place bulk order?

Certainly. Please email us at enquiry@soapart.sg for special pricing.

What is your payment mode?

We accept paypal or direct credit into our bank account (with reference number for tracking).

International orders

You may be subjected to import duties and/or taxes and your port of delivery. All customs and import fees are solely your responsibilities. If the items ordered are confiscated, we will not refund for your purchase or the shipping costs. We will not be responsible or liability in connection with goods ordered by you.

Out of stock items

If an item is out of stock by the time your invoice is processed, we will deliver the goods once it arrives. If not, we will provide full refund of the same amount of goods ordered.

Returns & Replacements

To ensure the purity of our products, we cannot accept exchange or return on any items that has been used or opened or not in its original packaging.

All orders must be checked and lodged within two days of receipt and any claims or discrepancies after which, we shall not be responsible for any claims nor issue any refund.

Shipping/delivery charges are non-refundable, unless is our error.

All refunds are in the form of e-vouchers. No cash refunds are allowed.

Product Liability

The stability and nature of our products may be altered depending on storage conditions or when used in combination with other ingredients. This is beyond our control and we are not responsible or liable in anyway.
